Car stereo CD player stuck on PLEASE EJECT

I just installed a JVC KD-DB622BT car radio and I can't insert a CD; it keeps saying "PLEASE EJECT".

Any solution?

Hello,

Check that the reader doesn't have a CD stuck in its slot?... If not, it should be unplugged and checked again.
