Ford 6000CD Car CD Player

Hello, my Ford 6000CD radio in my Ford Focus no longer plays CDs. When I insert any "Original" CD (which used to work perfectly before), it displays: CD ERROR (for example)

Hello,
Either the reader is broken, or there are big dirt particles on the reading head that prevent reading.

However, are there any garages that do this kind of repairs or do I need to go to a FORD dealership?

Here, we're dealing with electronics (internal) and neither of the two will do it.
Ford will try to sell you another one, and surely the mechanic will too, unless it's a handy and nice mechanic who will take it apart and clean the reading head with no guaranteed results...
