Hello,
At startup, I get a message saying that this driver cannot be loaded. I understand that it's an acceptable driver.
So I followed their suggestion, disabled memory protection and restarted; OK, no message.
Since I don't want to be unprotected, I re-enable memory protection, restart... and again, the same message as at the beginning.
What can I do to get out of this loop? Properly while staying safe...

As far as one can guess what you're talking about, it's a legitimate network driver.
If it's an antivirus that is intercepting it, it's a false positive: put it on the exclusion list or use a reliable antivirus. If it's the kernel integrity check that's intercepting it from Windows 10 due to the TPM chip, there's nothing you can do: either you find a TPM-compatible update for this driver, or, if there isn't one, you deal with the message, even if it means disabling kernel isolation where a single "weak link" is enough to disable the whole setup, while remembering that kernel isolation is somewhat like putting a band-aid on a wooden leg for Microsoft, which, due to Windows being poorly written, hasn't found a better way to protect itself from a number of attacks that hardly concern the average person.
