Hello, I have a problem with my Thomson 32HE5606 TV, it is stuck on one channel, and the screen displays "usage counter 0Y-1M-25D-11H-30M," and the remote control is unresponsive, everything is frozen... after being unplugged for 1 week during my vacation, it worked fine, and after 4 days of use, it started again...

If anyone has experienced this issue, I would appreciate any information...
