Aide : iPhone se connecte en 4G mais ne fonctionne pas.

Hello,

I'm reaching out for your help after more than three months of struggle; I'm starting to lose hope.

My phone (iPhone 11) has been picking up 4G for a few months, but it's either not working or is very slow (regardless of whether the signal bars are full or not).

Often, it gets stuck on 2 bars of 4G (which absolutely do not work); I turn on airplane mode and then turn it off again, and there are two options: either the 4G starts working again, or it shows no service.

Sometimes I have 4 bars of 4G, but it still doesn't work. I can't do a Google search, send a message on WhatsApp, etc. The same problem occurs for the network outside of the internet; calls work one time out of ten, so I often have to switch to airplane mode and be patient until it works...

I've already tried removing the SIM card, cleaning it, and also resetting the network.

Does anyone have an idea?

    Hello,

    Any ideas..? There’s no miracle; it’s probably because the area you live in is not well covered by 4G or the 3G that’s enough for calling or texting...

    If you live in a well-concreted house, that doesn’t help... however, you could connect your iPhone to the Wi-Fi at your house, or at a friend’s place, and call like that... Or go up on the hill, you’ll get a better reception...

    There could be other reasons..?? like exceeding your plan, for example.

    Otherwise, the dedicated answers can only come from your provider...
