Hello,
I have a super big problem right now.
Actually, I'm supposed to send a message on my iPhone.
But I don't understand, it's not working.
And it's only happening with one contact.
Since this afternoon, I've tried everything, but nothing works, so in despair, I'm looking for help here.
Hoping you could help me.
So here’s my problem: I entered my contact’s number in the messaging app on my iPhone, obviously to send them a message.
Then I selected the contact’s number from my contacts because it was already saved.
The contact appears in blue.
My phone freezes when I press it for at least 3 seconds, whereas usually it’s instantaneous.
Then it turns green after displaying.
After that, I write my message.
But then the send button doesn’t work when I press it.
What am I supposed to do then????
Configuration: iPhone / Safari 11.0

Hello, it's surprising that the message bubble is blue then turns green without being able to send.
Check that the "Send as SMS" option is enabled in Settings > Messages, and also check in "Send & Receive" that only your phone number is checked under "Start new conversations". Uncheck the email addresses.
Then delete the conversation history with the contact in question and try to send them a new message.
