Aorus Liquid Cooler 360 Issue

Hello everyone,

I'm posting my request here because I've searched a lot... but it hasn't yielded any results.

So, I have a pretty annoying problem and I can't find a concrete solution!!!

I have an AIO water cooling (Gigabyte Aorus Waterforce X 360).

Mechanically speaking, it works correctly, but I don't know why it sometimes crashes, either at startup or during a session!

That is to say, the pump does not cool my processor or stops cooling it, and the LED display freezes the CPU temperature readings at 30 or 48° (either one, I don’t know why) and continues displaying the coolant temperature, which rises significantly, actually increasing the temperature inside the PC!

This water cooling only connects via a USB2 cable to the motherboard and a SATA power cable (and I'm using a cable solely for it).

I have tried with or without the Gigabyte management software or those of other components, and it makes no difference; the RGB lights turn on, the fans run normally, the pump starts but after the little intro video, no matter the settings, either it works for a while or it bugs...

I updated my BIOS, made the settings, and even updated its firmware, but nothing works.

If by any chance any of you has an idea or a solution please?

Thanks in advance.

Hello
It's very specific equipment, it will be complicated to find precise help, except to go directly through Gigabyte. First of all, is the motherboard of the same brand?
Then, since it is powered via USB, I would take a closer look at the port used as well as the management of USB power saving, that's a setting in Windows.
