Hello, I recently bought a PlayStation 4 and I'm trying to connect it to the PlayStation Network, but I'm getting an error code WS-37338-4. I've checked and it appears that the console has been temporarily or permanently banned, so I would like to know if it's possible to fix this. I bought the PlayStation 4 second-hand.
