Play PSP games on PS3/4?

Hello,
After searching in vain for an answer online, I'm turning to this forum.
So here it is, back in the day my favorite game was Naruto Ultimate Ninja Heroes 2: The Phantom Fortress, on PSP, and while watching a video on YouTube yesterday, I wondered if it was possible in any way (an emulator for example?) to play it on a PS3 or PS4? I have already managed to play it on my smartphone thanks to an emulator called PPSSPP, but the gaming experience is really not the same as on PSP (lag, touchscreen controls not practical, etc.).
