Hello everyone, My computer was working perfectly last night, the battery was well charged (very recent charger, so the problem doesn't come from there)... Today I turn it on and nothing happens: black screen, no sign of life (I have checked all the connections)! Do you have any idea where the problem might come from, what can I do? Thanks to the community for your help.

    Hello.

The "CTRL + ALT + DELETE" function couldn't work since the PC doesn't start! . . . No light is on? If that's the case, I'm afraid the power input of this computer may be defective (voltage regulators or others). Still, check that the plug of the new power supply properly matches that of the PC. If there's too much play, there will be a bad connection.

    Catch you later . . .

    Hello,

Try the famous CTRL + ALT + DELETE that is necessary for you.

Pressing these three keys simultaneously will restart the PC.

Check for any moisture by using a hairdryer before turning it on.

    Hello Didi64,

Thank you very much for taking the time to respond to my inquiry. Unfortunately, your suggestions did not manage to reignite the flame of my computer!

    Have a great day!

      Hi,

Well, don't look any further, it's the motherboard that I believe is dead.

You can always try asking a professional, and if you're nice to him, he'll probably answer you for free, so the doubt will be cleared up.

Come back to let us know; thanks in advance.

      Sometimes it's worth just asking.

Before seeing your second response... I went, "nice" as usual... to see a repair technician, and guess the verdict that was handed down...

    The MOTHERBOARD** is dead

Testing and repairing the motherboard - which takes time - costs between 150 and 200 euros approximately...

Problem search resolved! What bad luck!

So now I just have to look for a new computer on promotion.

Thank you anyway to those who responded.

    Sincerely
