My computer won't turn on after a reset.

Hello,
Following a reset, my computer refuses to turn back on. In fact, when I press the power button, the computer turns on, shows the HP logo, then the screen goes black and brings back the HP logo, then the screen goes black again, and so on.
What should I do?
Configuration: Android / Chrome 57.0.2987.132

Good evening...
Is it a laptop?
If so, try this: unplug the charger, remove the battery, press and hold the power button for 30 seconds, release it, plug in only the power supply, and start it up... then let me know ;)
