Unable to install or uninstall

Hello,

I have a problem with Windows Installer that shows me the error "No valid sequence was found for the set of patches", preventing me from updating the software, uninstalling it, or reinstalling it.

Solutions tried:

- Safe mode and diagnostic mode

- Microsoft download troubleshooter

Nothing works. Thank you in advance for your replies.

    Hello,

    Thank you all for your suggestions, the software in question was Antidote, particularly its French dictionary.

    A solution was found by forcing the uninstallation using Revo Uninstaller and reinstalling everything.
