Hello,
On June 2, I ordered a phone from CDISCOUNT.
I received it at a parcel pickup point.
Since the item didn't suit me, I exercised my right of withdrawal.
I therefore returned the package via the parcel pickup point where I had collected it.
Shortly after, I received an email stating that the package had arrived but without the phone.
The customer service is asking me for proof that the phone was indeed in the package. However, I don't have exact proof, and no one can tell me where to find the return slip with the exact weight of the returning package.
Today, I am being threatened with bailiff action.
What should I do?

Well, I’m not a lawyer…
It might also be useful at first to send them a registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt, returning the question so that they provide you with material proof (or a report made by the bailiff at the time of opening the package...) showing that the phone in question was not present in the returned package.
As for the return slip, have you tried to see with the sender you went through to obtain proof regarding the weight and other useful information if needed?
