Escort and her pimp threatening me

Hello, please don’t judge me, I already feel extremely bad and I am terrified.
I’ll tell you the story, it will be a bit long.
At the very beginning of August, I contacted an escort on Telegram. I chatted with her to arrange a meeting at a restaurant, and she told me that she charged 50 euros for ******. Like an idiot, I gave it to her, and the escort never showed up. I asked her for a refund, and she told me to send a bank account details, which I did, but in my haste, I forgot to blur out the address. She thus had my home address. Then she told me, “if you pay a security deposit on top of that, I’ll come down and we’ll have the meeting.” I sensed the scam and said no, then dropped it, but to scare them I said, “if you refund me, I’ll call the police,” and that’s when they lost it. They told me they would file a report against me for attempted kidnapping and that they would harm me because they have my postal address. I cut off contact with them. Nothing happened in the meantime. Not a call from the police nor a letter.
Yesterday, given that I am terrified of something happening to me or my loved ones, I recontacted the person on Telegram with another account pretending to be someone else. I asked her if she had filed a complaint recently, and she confirmed by saying, I quote, “yes, I reported a person named *my name + my first name*” and she also confessed that she and her pimp are preparing a plan to do something to me because they have my postal address + my photo and my bank account details. I am extremely afraid for my safety; do you think something will happen to me? Please, I want honest, objective opinions. I'm even hesitant to go to the police to say that I’ve been threatened.

Hello.
There was no need to write such a long message, a classic and banal scam coming from a scammer, block this person, don’t communicate with them anymore, and move on.

a hello, a reply, a thank you are always appreciated.
I have one last question to ask you: why, when I asked the escort or the scammer today, pretending to be someone else a month after cutting off all contact, did she actually file a complaint against someone and added herself that she plans to harm me because she has my contact information? She replied "yes" and mentioned my name?
Well.. listen...
You already opened this question in August.. and you have already received all the answers...

Multiplying topics on the forum is useless!
In any case, I am closing this discussion due to a duplicate.

Well seen, another one asking the same question multiple times hoping to get the answer they want to hear.

As I already told you:
If you are convinced otherwise, you should have taken your issue to the police, not a forum.
For my part, I have nothing to add to what has already been said and repeated.
I am closing this post.
Hello bazfile, thanks for the reply. So according to you, it's just threats and they won’t do anything to me even with all my personal information? I would like to specify that the story started a month ago already.
I don't know if he's a scammer because he threatened to file a complaint against me for attempted kidnapping.
Hello
I confirm... a well-known scam...
You are not the first on this forum to describe this scenario... And clearly, you won't be the last victim... Others like you will come to ask the same question.
As you have been told, just cut all contact with this person and you won't be bothered... Seeing that you're no longer responding, they will look for another sucker to rip off.
Good evening and thank you for your response. I'm not really afraid on the legal side, what I'm really worried about is my safety and that of my loved ones because they have everything to identify me: postal address, photo of me, bank account details, and apparently my license plate. They really have the bank account details, the photo, and the address.
As you have already been told, this is a common and well-known scam, if not trivial. If you are convinced otherwise, it is not on a forum that you should have exposed your problem, but to the police.
Do know that there are plenty of messages like yours on the forum, and the given response is always the same:
It's a scam from a scammer.
Do not contact the person again.
Forget and move on.
