My Samsung tablet is unresponsive and blinking while charging.

my name is Lyssia and I urgently need help with my tablet: it's a Samsung (I don't know the exact model) but it's fairly recent and hasn't even been a year old. My problem is as follows: I can't turn it on, and when I charge it, it flickers black then gray, still without any reaction to my efforts.

The day before, it had already shown signs of "bugging" as the information bar at the top of the screen indicated that it had 85% battery left without ever decreasing, while in reality, it was actually decreasing. I really need your help, so if you have any idea of what to do to get it to restart, I would be extremely grateful :)
