Hello,
I bought the Gigaset A605 A duo with the answering machine base. After customizing the answering machine announcement, I tried a test: you can only listen to the message through the handset. The base remains at number 0 (and even when pressing the play button, it indicates that there are no messages).
Does anyone have a solution? How can I make it so that the message can be listened to through the base and not through the handset?

How did you adjust the number of rings that trigger your voicemail?
Operator voicemail services typically trigger after 5 rings (20 seconds) by default, so you need to set your voicemail to trigger before that, at 4 rings (18 seconds) for your A605a.
It's very difficult to catch a black cat in a dark room.
Especially when it isn't there...
