Hello,
I just bought a Gigaset AS470 A duo landline phone,
It shows INT 1, INT 2 on the screen so I can call internally, but when I dial an external number, the number appears but there’s no ringing. However, it rings on my correspondent's side and they can hear me, but I can't hear them.
I can't establish a conversation.
Can you please help me? Thank you.

Is this device connected to a box?
If so, please reset it.
To do this, cut its power supply (the box) for a minute and then turn it back on.
