White screen on a GIGASET 405 duo handset

Hello,

On one of the two GIGASET 405 duo handsets, the screen is white.

Thank you for your advice.

    AS405, I suppose.
    This handset wouldn't have been accidentally set to off, would it?
    A long press on the "Hang Up" button turns the handset on or off.

      In fact, the screen is not completely white.
      The information appears very, very faintly.

        So the batteries are dead, unable to provide the necessary power
        Replace them with rechargeable NiMH batteries; size: AAA (Micro, HR03); voltage: 1.2 V; capacity: 450 - 1000 mAh.
        Note: the higher the mAh capacity, the longer the usage time without recharge.
