Mail merge Excel Word with HYPERLINK link

Hello,
I have a mail merge to do via email with Outlook with a personalized link for each send.
My problem is that my URL during the mail merge remains fixed to the first line of my Excel database.
I have followed quite a few tutorials I found on Google, but I haven't found anything to solve my problem.

You did not insert the Url field in your HYPERLINK, like this:
Don’t forget, once the merge is done, to update the links, as I explain here:

I feel like there is no solution to this problem with the Office solution.
For my part, in the end, I went through Google Sheets and installed an extension called "YAMM" which allows for mail merge with Gmail/Google Sheets and keeps the clickable hyperlink links.
