Hello, I received my package (from E.L.F makeup sent by Colissimo) during my vacation, and when I tried to pick it up, the lady told me it had been resent. But I have no idea how to retrieve it. Thank you for responding and helping me. Thank you.

    The package has been returned to its sender since it was not claimed in time >> The solution is to contact the seller to explain the problem, and in principle, they should provide you with the name of the sender if different from the seller and request a new shipment
    You should have received an email indicating the tracking number and the sender's information from the site where you purchased the goods

        I think this is the only solution because he probably received the package with a notice of non-delivery and in principle there should be no problem for him to return it to you, but maybe with new shipping costs??
