Parcel pickup relay change Showroomprive - Mondial Relay
I placed an order on Showroomprive with order number 244495969 for a bag, selecting a pickup point in my commune (78600)
I received an email indicating that the selected pickup point is not available (which is false: it is indeed open as I just went there) and my purchase was delivered to a pickup point in a different commune.
I find this behavior unacceptable from the carriers selected by Showroomprive, especially since this is not the first time it has happened: as a customer who pays shipping fees, it is abnormal for the carrier to unilaterally decide to change the pickup point.
On previous occasions I had made the effort to go there; that will not be the case anymore.
I would like to know if Showroomprive can request the fastest possible return of this package without waiting the 14 days, that would be great because it would also allow me to be refunded for my purchase more quickly!
