Taskkill does not work

Hello everyone!

I want to close a process but taskkill is not working.

The process appears in the tasklist and when I try to kill it, it says it can only be stopped forcefully. So I do a taskkill /F and it tells me that no instance is running.

I'm stuck.

Do you have any ideas to help me out?

And what is this PID for, why want to kill it, and if so, by its identifier and not by the process name itself?
