Limited action on Instagram

Hello, on my Instagram account, it has been 8 days since I haven't been able to like or follow new accounts; Instagram displays an error message saying "please try again later, we're limiting certain activities to protect our community."

It's now been 8 days since I've been unable to like and follow on Instagram, and it's really becoming frustrating, so what should I do to avoid this problem? How can I resolve this issue? When will it stop?

    "Please try again later, we are limiting certain activities to protect our community."

    This restriction is implemented by the site administrators at the server level internally, so the only thing you can do is wait for it to be lifted.

    The duration is variable and we are unable to know how long it will last here on CCM.

    Like all temporary blocks, there’s nothing else to do but wait... And the Instagram FAQ doesn’t provide any information on the waiting time.

    From memory, the length of the block depends on the severity of the offense...

    And you should completely stop trying to do it for several days in a row...
