Storage bug on Switch SD card

Hello, I would like to get some help
My microSD card on my OLED switch is almost full, and while looking in the "Data Management" menu, I noticed that my games only take up 13GB (on a 128GB card). While reading the SD card on my computer, I see there are game files that I have never played before on my switch, for example: FIFA 18 [0100f7b002340000][v0].nsp

My MicroSD card is a Samsung 128GB Evo Plus U3.

I don't know what type of file this is. Can I delete these files from the card on my computer without causing problems for my console later?

Hi,

all the data on the SD card does not affect the proper functioning of the switch; at worst, you will have to reinstall the games. If your switch is second-hand, it might be the previous owner's games.
