After reinstalling a PC with Windows 10, I have a default session with the username defaultusr0, and I have no idea what the password is;

Hello,
No one can guess a password set by a user (there is no universal password at installation). When a password is requested at the start of an OS, it is the one you entered during installation, if you entered one.
Furthermore, you should indicate the source of this version of Windows (from which site? the method used (installation tool?) and specify the model of the PC and the previous version of Windows.

The user defaultuser0 may result from an installation bug in certain versions (notably Windows Insider), sometimes from a faulty shutdown of the PC.
If it's an installation problem, it is supposed to disappear after 10 days via the scheduled task RemoveTempOOBEUserWork which can be launched manually beforehand, but of course only if you can not only log in to the PC, but do so under an administrator account.
Otherwise, various solutions can be applied as follows: restarting in safe mode, reinstalling, or forcing a reset through the Windows recovery environment by pressing the power button 3 times in a row during startup.
