Can't confirm order availability on Le Bon Coin

Hello,

I placed an ad on LBC and someone initiated the purchase. The procedure requires me to confirm the availability of the order in the LBC messaging system, but I always get a message saying that I need to confirm, yet there’s nothing showing up to click to say "yes, the item is available."

I have already written to LBC to report the issue for another item. I was advised to clear my cache, delete my history, and clean my cookies. I did that, but the problem persists.

Do you have any idea how to fix this? Have I missed a step?

I had the same problem, it may sound silly, but the button was further down in the window. Without scrolling, I absolutely couldn't see that the text appearing on my screen was incomplete, so I was stuck in a loop!

I have always used Firefox without any issues on LBC.. Thank you for your suggestions.

Exactly the same problem on my end. I've been selling on LBC for years, I know the procedure very well but there is a bug here. Has it been resolved?

Hello

By any chance, do you have an ad blocker on your browser? If so, please disable it.
(and refresh the page by clicking F5)

Thank you for your response. I temporarily disabled Ublock and refreshed the page. I went back to LBC and I'm still having the same issue: I can't find anywhere to click on the item's availability. So it's not a problem with the ad blocker...

In the LBC process, there are the 4 steps below, except that for number 4, the "yes, the item is available" does not appear anywhere. Where is it?

You have 48 hours from the buyer's payment to confirm the availability of the product. To do this:

  1. Access the secured leboncoin messaging and click on the conversation related to your purchase.
  2. A notification informs you that a purchase has been made and that you now need to confirm the availability of the item.
  3. Click on "Is your item still available?"
  4. Then click on “Yes, the item is available”

It was just an idea, I don't use LBC so I won't be able to help you more than that... I assume you've tried other browsers?
