Can't confirm order availability on Le Bon Coin

Hello,
I placed an ad on LBC and someone initiated the purchase. The procedure requires me to confirm the availability of the order in the LBC messaging system, but I always get a message saying that I need to confirm, yet there’s nothing showing up to click to say "yes, the item is available."
I have already written to LBC to report the issue for another item. I was advised to clear my cache, delete my history, and clean my cookies. I did that, but the problem persists.
Do you have any idea how to fix this? Have I missed a step?

Exactly the same problem on my end. I've been selling on LBC for years, I know the procedure very well but there is a bug here. Has it been resolved?

By any chance, do you have an ad blocker on your browser? If so, please disable it.

In the LBC process, there are the 4 steps below, except that for number 4, the "yes, the item is available" does not appear anywhere. Where is it?
You have 48 hours from the buyer's payment to confirm the availability of the product. To do this:
- Access the secured leboncoin messaging and click on the conversation related to your purchase.
- A notification informs you that a purchase has been made and that you now need to confirm the availability of the item.
- Click on "Is your item still available?"
- Then click on “Yes, the item is available”
