Hello,
I come to ask for a favor. Indeed, my computer, which is for school purposes, is not working; I can't use Word, Excel, or PowerPoint. I need a Microsoft account that won't create because it requires an admin password. I would simply like to reset it to redo the startup process, but I can't do anything from the settings.
According to my high school, the computer is unlocked after three years of high school. The problem is that without all these software applications being blocked, I can't complete the homework assigned on them, and this penalizes me greatly.
Do you have any solutions to help me?
