HP thick paper printing jam

Hello,

For several months (there was no problem before), it has been impossible to print on thick paper (like flexible cardstock) with my HP OfficeJet Pro 8725.

The paper is not being pulled properly by the rollers and it ends up jamming.

Does anyone have an idea to solve the problem? My printer is over 4 years old.

    Hello.

    This printer does not accept all types of paper, here’s what your printer accepts:

     Paper format and weight For a complete list of supported paper formats, refer to the HP printing software. Plain paper: 60 to 105 g/m2 Envelopes: 75 to 90 g/m2 Cards: Up to 200 g/m2 Photo paper: 300 g/m2
