Canon PIXMA 5750/ poor print quality

Hello,

my PIXMA 5750 printer is not printing correctly; the printed text is unreadable and the characters are blurry. I have replaced the cartridges, cleaned the print head, and even performed a deep cleaning of the head, but without any improvement. The characters are blurry and the lines are jagged and uneven.
