Hello,

my Canon Pixma TR4550 printer is printing poorly

I changed the cartridges and cleaned the print head without disassembling it, but nothing works; it has a lot of play on the rail

I am posting a very clear photo when enlarged

    Hello.

    Try aligning the print heads using the printer software; if that doesn't work since you say the print head is loose, return it for Canon's service.
