Paper jam on Epson

Hello,
I have an Epson Stylus Office BX635FWD printer, and it shows a paper jam error, but after checking, there is nothing. The printer is therefore preventing me from using anything, even the scanner. I have watched videos and read thousands of forums, but nothing solves my problem. I have cleaned it and taken it apart to check if the parts were in place, but nothing works; the printer still shows a paper jam. I really need help; I have used it only about ten times in a year.

Hello.
Paper jam without any paper is a malfunction with multiple and varied causes. Since you have read everything and tried everything with no results, the best thing for you would be to check with the Epson customer service.
