This image makes me think of a screen issue. The "white squares" are probably dead pixels.
Try connecting an "external monitor" just to check if it also shows these white pixels.
- If so, then your graphics processor has a problem...
- If not, then it is indeed your screen that has dead pixels, and for that, you have no choice but to replace it.

I looked into it and the problem comes from my graphics card. When I display 3D models like in a video game or when I watch a YouTube video, the screen does this and then it closes. I checked the temperature of the graphics card, that's not the problem. I have an RTX 3060. I don't know if there are any software programs that are easy to understand for amateurs to figure out exactly what the problem is; I've only found software that's way too technical for me.
