Creation of a PowerPoint quiz

Hello :)

I tried to create a tool to track points during a little quiz.

On the first slide, we choose the number of teams and logically, the boxes to enter names appear and disappear based on the indicated number... but it only works when we change slides and go back, and once a name is entered, we can't modify it in the box... any idea on how to adjust the code?

    Interestingly, we frequently receive questions about creating quizzes with PowerPoint...

    Should we remind you that this software is not the most suitable for this kind of task?
