Hello,
I created a booklet in PowerPoint with 2 sheets per A4 page, and I've just realized that this will cause issues for printing and booklet formatting.
Indeed, the pages are logically no longer in the right orientation or the correct order. Do you know a way to achieve this without having to redo the entire document in Word? Thank you and have a great day.

Personally, I do this from a PDF file..
It’s not easy and it requires a lot of maneuvers with different software. The idea is to retrieve the left and right pages individually and then reassemble them to layout them using the "print as booklet" function.
For this, you need Acrobat "Pro", a virtual PDF printer, and the Split-and-merge software. You can also do it with Acrobat "Reader", but it's much longer because this version does not have the page cropping option and requires going through "print active view", which can only be done with one page at a time.
Another method that should work if Word can import PDF pages.... and crop them.
You import your PDF pages into Word in A5 format by placing either the left part or the right part on the page.
Once finished and converted to PDF, anything outside the A5 page will not be taken into account in the new PDF file..
But this assumes that Word can import PDF files as images. If not, export from PowerPoint as JPG and do the same thing in Word.. It will be of lower quality but will save you from having to redo everything.
