Hello,
A PowerPoint slideshow lists several quotes, with a very large space, a very large gap between each quote. As a result, I would have to use three or four pages to print it. I'm looking for a solution to remove these spaces, these large intervals, and gather all these quotes into a file (Word 2003, if possible) that could fit on a single page. I am looking for the steps to take if my wish is achievable. Thank you in advance.

Hello,
to extract the text from a PowerPoint document, on the left side which displays all the slide images in a column, there are two tabs at the top of this column, either ''slides'' or ''outline''. It is possible to click on ''outline'', and that on the left the slides will no longer be displayed, but only the text contained in the slides. It is then very easy to press ctrl + a to select everything, then copy/paste into a Word document.
Response years later, but if it can help someone, all the better :-).
