How to pin my Zimbra email to the taskbar

Hello,

I had my Free messaging app in the taskbar and it has disappeared.

How can I add it back again? I tried several things I saw online like creating a shortcut on the desktop and then pinning it to the taskbar but I can't seem to do it. Maybe I misunderstood the procedure...

Can someone give me the step-by-step to do it? I'm using Firefox. Windows 10.

Hello,

I'm a bit lost on the interest, why not bookmark it?

Open the Webmail site, click the small square at the top right of the Firefox menu bar to minimize the window.

Drag the small padlock icon to the desktop with the mouse, then pull this URL shortcut to the taskbar.

If the URL extension is not automatically assigned, open it, choose with Firefox, Always.

Actually, I am inquiring for someone who doesn't manage bookmarks very well ;-) . He had his email in the taskbar but lost it. I suggested the bookmark and even Symbaloo as a homepage to group all his addresses (I use it myself) but he would prefer to retrieve the old functionality.
