Gmail storage full even though everything is cleared.

Hello,

I downloaded all the emails locally using POP to free up my Gmail account, which indicated that storage was full.

Despite this operation, the Gmail space in Google One remains unchanged.

How can Gmail appear full on Google One when there isn't a single message left in Gmail...

    After checking all visible and hidden labels, completely emptying the recycle bin, the problem has finally been resolved.

    Thanks again to everyone who helped me in resolving this issue.

    Storage concerns not only emails but also Google Photos.
    Take a look at that side.

      There is nothing in Photos, Drive, or Gmail.

      In Gmail, everything is emptied, yet Google One indicates 15.21 GB in Gmail...

      I just emptied the trash that was hidden in the labels.

      In Google One, everything is in order. However, as soon as I return to Gmail, the message about the full storage space is still there.

      Maybe I need to wait a bit for it to take effect...
