Hello, good evening,

I have a problem with my desktop computer. I currently have 2 screens installed that work, but when I connect them to the same computer, 1 out of 2 screens stops working (the display flickers, it no longer detects HDMI, black screen...)

So I need your help to fix the issue, please.

Thank you in advance!

I forgot to tell you the screen models.

Screen 1, Flatron E2241

Screen 2, Samsung S22D300

Hello Lohanyh,
► Do you have a dedicated graphics card?
► In addition to the motherboard?
► Or do you have two graphics connectors on the motherboard?
The second output must not be enabled, otherwise both screens would display the same thing.
When both screens display something (desktop), you need to go into Windows and request "extended desktop".
Best regards!

Good evening txiki, So I don't know much about computers, but I have an HDMI output on the motherboard, and an HDMI output on the graphics card.

Yes, it does display the desktop on both screens, I press WIN + P in extend mode, but that's when my second screen starts flickering or goes black or shows a black screen with "HDMI not found..."

Hello Lohanyh,
"Yes, it correctly displays the desktop on both screens": alright, OK. So both video connectors are working.
It might be that the resolution of your second screen is not the same as your first screen.
You should open the graphics card manager, and there you should be able to configure some settings and also identify the screens (1 and 2) etc...
Best regards!

Unfortunately, yes. I have set both screens to 1920x1080 and also to 60hz for both. The problem still persists...

Sorry, but I'm on W7 and I don't have the same functionalities as you. I don't know what else to say... Sorry!
