Unable to connect to Wi-Fi

Hello, I have a Duoduogo tablet but I can't connect it to any networks. When I type the code for the network it tells me the network is saved but it won't connect even if I try again. The problem doesn't come from my WiFi since I also tried with a hotspot from my phone and it does the same. Am I really the one at fault or is my tablet completely bugging out, but please give me some solutions.

Hello, go to mire.ipadsl.net (it's a bandwidth test), and tell me if you still have at least a minimal amount of bandwidth.
