Hello,
I am unable to install my HP Deskjet 6840 Wi-Fi printer, and Darty's customer service informed me that the problem lies with the NeufBox. According to Darty, since the NeufBox is not a router, it is impossible to connect the HP Wi-Fi printer. However, I managed to make it work, but to print, I have to disable the USB WLAN 802.11b stick that allows me to connect to high-speed wireless Internet. Apparently, the NeufBox is indeed compatible with the HP 6840 Wi-Fi printer. I follow the procedure below to print: I disable the Wi-Fi network card provided by NeufTelecom. I print and then re-enable this card. After that, I can continue printing even if the card is activated again. Do you have a solution to avoid disabling the Wi-Fi card every time I turn on my computer and want to print? It is inconvenient, especially for printing a page from the Internet because disabling the Wi-Fi card disconnects me from the Internet. Is there a solution? Thank you.
Configuration: Sony VAIO 217 M laptop, HP 6840 Wi-Fi printer, and NeufTelecom Wi-Fi modem

Hi,
Nothing could be simpler to connect. 1/ Check if your modem is also a Wi-Fi router. If it is: 2/ install the printer software 1/ plug the USB cable into your computer and follow the instructions, selecting the USB cable option 3/ A Wi-Fi connectivity check will be requested.... 4/ enter the WEP key you obtained during the installation of your modem/router 5/ install the software on each computer that will use the printer via Wi-Fi (be sure to select that it's a wireless network connection). Then OK and everything should work normally.

Hi, I also have a problem; I can't install the printer on my computer.
Can't install on Vista, the autorun doesn't work, and if I search, it doesn't work either, even when I plug in the USB cable!!!!!!
