At first, it said please restart system.

I pressed F2 and then

I updated the date and time.

I disabled secure boot.

Boot mode CSM.

Exit and save.

And then I got this, the picture I sent you.

Can you help me?

Thank you in advance.

Hello,

This message means that your PC is trying to BOOT from the network... and it finds nothing... and cannot boot... Normally, these PCs boot with a file from the hard drive, which it hasn't found either.

Generally, these symptoms occur when the hard drive is damaged or the Windows files are corrupted...

We need to know the model of this Toshiba..?? its age..?? its original version of Windows

-- If the disk is fine... you need to prepare to repair Windows or reinstall it...

-- If the disk is damaged or dead, you need to prepare to replace it; then reinstall a version of Windows

or buy another one...

OK, if you can, that's just as good, if not better..

I have three suggestions that can fix it

1- Reset it by starting the computer and pressing the F11 key repeatedly. The Select an option screen will open. On the Choose an option screen, select Troubleshoot. Click on Reset this PC.

2- Change the hard drive or just open your PC, remove your hard drive, then put it back in.

3- Buy a new Windows key (I have -25% with the code GUI30 or GU20 on the site https://m.cdkeyoffer.com)

I pressed F11 and I got hard drive recovery, and when I click, I get a blank page and nothing has happened in 2 hours.

Yes, in my opinion, it makes sense. I have a gut feeling about POST 4 and that it's not a technical opinion in the field... But a kind of AI like "chatGPT"...

If your drive is dead, it won't come back to life... To find out, you would need to test it; here is the procedure on a functioning PC

+++ HD_tune test disk

So you download HD_tune here http://www.hdtune.com/files/hdtune_255.exe and install it on your PC... You run the tests "Benchmark... Health... Error Scan" one after the other, take a screenshot of each window...the floppy disk icon is there for that... and you post these images on the site "cjoint.com" without forgetting to paste the link of each one here..
Be careful, the last one can take a very long time (all night) depending on the size of the drive

This is doable by placing the faulty drive into a working tower, as a secondary drive... and HD_tune is installed on the C: drive of the tower...

And... let's get on with testing the faulty D: or E: drive.
