TotalAV blocked my internet connection

Hello,

I took a subscription with Total AV, and everything went perfectly for a year.

I just renewed my subscription, and now it’s a disaster. I no longer have internet access, the subscription (plus fees) was charged twice, it’s a hassle to get a refund, and above all, the computer is regularly overheating and making loud fan noises, which NEVER happened before!

I really feel like I’ve gotten a different antivirus.

I would like to know how to get internet access without having to uninstall/reinstall the antivirus every time (with detailed instructions please, I’m bad with computers), and how to ask it to stop when it overheats my computer without having to force close the application...

    Hello,

    TotalAV is a scam, uninstall it and get a refund, see => HERE <= and => HERE <=

    If you have Win10 or 11, there is no need to install an antivirus, there is already a built-in one from Windows => HERE <=

    Once uninstalled, let me know and we'll do a PC cleanup if needed

    You need to disable the firewall in Internet security and then click on VPN,

      The best thing is to uninstall TotalAV, which is a scam; see the links provided by Misterybean just above.
