Nacon controller Bluetooth not working anymore

Hello,

I encountered a problem with my Nacon asymmetric controller and it suddenly turned off. Since then, I bought the same one and the broken one (B) behaves the same way as the functional one (A).

When I hold down the button on A, it turns off and the Bluetooth key blinks 1/s, but if I turn it on, it works.

And the Bluetooth key on B blinks 1/s but can no longer be turned on.

Could someone help me? I bought both controllers brand new.
