Nacon Pro 3 Controller for PC not detected

Hello,

I have a Nacon Controller Pro 3, and the software doesn't detect it even though I'm in wired mode position 2.
If anyone is familiar with this controller on PC...

    Because you don't have the right Nacon program; they have several.

      I just bought it and the software doesn’t recognize it either.
