Logitech G Pro X: Sound in One Ear Only

Hello,

I have a problem that has been going on for a few weeks; my Logitech G Pro X headset only has sound in the left ear cup and not in the right.

I know where it's coming from; it's the jack cable. When I fully plug in the jack into the headset (as I normally would), I can only hear from one ear. However, if I plug it in completely and then pull it out a bit, the sound comes back in both ears, which is great, but then the cable doesn't stay in the headset.

I could use a tip to fix this issue.

Hello,

If your headset is less than 2 years old from the date of purchase, you can use the Logitech support.
