Yahoo Mail attachment issue

Hello,

I have a problem with Yahoo Mail attachments. When I try to attach a jpg file, I get the following response: "this message cannot be saved as a draft." This does not happen when adding and sending a Word or PDF attachment. It only occurs with jpg format. I want to point out that on the same computer and the same version of Windows 10, it was working perfectly fine two weeks ago.

Hello, switching to the old Yahoo mail works.

Same issue that gets resolved by disabling Avast antivirus; while uploading the files in attachment, I think it's a compatibility issue between Avast and Yahoo, what a pity...

When the recipient's address is already entered, it works. If I try to attach the file without having selected the recipient, it doesn't work.

I also have the same problem: small attachments (25k) upload fine, but those exceeding about 100k get stuck? Have you found a solution?

I'm correcting the message I posted yesterday: it's still impossible to attach files and the following message appears "this message cannot be saved as a draft". Luckily, I have a Gmail account.

Have you resolved your issue? I've been having the same problem for 4 days but only when I am on my email on my PC; when I try to send an email from my phone (on the same Yahoo account), it works.

Hello,

I have the same problem with all the files, pdf, Word, Excel, randomly. Sometimes it works, then it gets stuck. Does anyone have a solution? Thank you in advance.

I solved the issue by disabling the ZSCALER (Antivirus) from my company (Work Computer). I also had problems importing files from Google Drive, which were resolved this way.
