Hello, today my phone sent a text message by itself to a number in a "weird" format with 12 digits. The text contained my name and my age. It is impossible for someone to have sent this message on my behalf because I was alone at that moment. Has anyone else had this issue? Is it spam? I have installed an antivirus that did not detect any anomalies.

It's definitely abnormal. You can do a Google search to see if the number (?) is known for scams or potential danger.
It's also recommended to change your access passwords for applications and your phone.
You can also contact your mobile provider to ask them the question.
It is not uncommon for applications, even those coming from the store, to actually be fake applications, usually "popular" for a while, with "fun" pseudo-free offers, whose only goal is to get installed and under the pretext of entertaining people (emojis, games, fun features, etc.) to install malicious apps on your phone.
It's also a good idea to explore that side and get rid of such things or to verify that these apps are indeed reliable through a search on the internet.
In any case, you need to stay vigilant.
