Orange Fiber appointment constantly rescheduled without explanation

Hello,

I have been eligible for Orange fiber since early February and the technician has already postponed the appointment twice, of course only 2-3 days in advance, making me waste a day of vacation for nothing.

The customer service offers me 2 solutions: wait or cancel...

Can we not just have a real appointment that is honored? Why give appointments and push them back by a month (which is the case here)?

I have never seen such chaos in the organization of a fiber installation...

What should I do? I’m not going to take vacation days for every appointment if they don’t show up...

It's driving me crazy with the various calls between 3900 and the subcontracted installers. One says okay and the other says I have no file in your name... 8 years with Orange and I’m made to understand to wait or go elsewhere if I'm not happy...

Appalling...

    Hello,

    In my opinion, you can cancel and switch to another provider. For my part, having been a customer at Orange for much longer than you, I opted for SFR Fiber.
