Hello,

I have a white screen with v3.41.0 like one of your customers. The problem for me is that I no longer have a remote control for my LG TV. What should I do, please? Thank you.

    Hello,

    You will apparently need to get a remote control...

    LG provided me with the procedure:

    1° turn on the screen
    2° Press and hold the EXIT button on the remote until a snowy screen appears
    3° Turn off the screen

    Wait about 10 seconds

    4° Turn it back on
