Hello,

I need urgent help, please. I want to send an email to a me.com address, but I can't do it from my Yahoo account. I receive this message in spam: "Sorry, we were unable to deliver your message to the following address." and a link to Apple. What should I do? (A simple explanation, please)

Hello.

Check with your contact that their email address is correct; apparently either the email server of your recipient does not recognize the email address or it is not responding and has an issue. In this case, ask the recipient if they have another email address.
